The convert nodes module provides a UI to convert drupal8 nodes from one content type to another. Warning message : This module is experiemental. PLEASE do not use on production databases without prior testing and a complete database dump.

No special requirements
- Copy convert_nodes folder to modules directory (sites/all/modules).
- At admin/modules enable the Convert Nodes module.
