Added exclusion of HAC execution when project is large. Empty result isn't considered so it doesn't affect accuracy.

Changed AlgorithmResult. Now if algorithm ended with exception and isSuccess returns false then calling of getRefactorings(), getExecutionTime() or getThreadUsed() will throw a RuntimeException.
