What steps will reproduce the problem?

RHEL 6.3 (Python 2.6.6)
Please provide any additional information below.
While creating the dump automatically exiting with below error :
"2014/01/21 13:26:46: ERROR: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xfc in position
6: ordinal not in range(128)"
