Summary

  • Added Experiments and Feature Flags tools to the Available Tools table (marked as beta)
  • Added a warning callout noting beta status, opt-in requirement, and that audience targeting/cohort editing are not yet supported
  • Added a new "Beta: Experiments & Feature Flags" section with per-client install instructions (Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, other JSON clients)
  • Added a "Test & ship" section to Example Queries with prompts for creating experiments, creating feature flags, and interpreting results

Test plan

  • Verify page renders correctly at /docs/mcp
  • Check all callouts display properly
  • Confirm install instructions are accurate for each client

Any client that supports the MCP JSON config format can connect using the same JSON snippet from the Cursor section above. The first time it connects it will prompt you to authorize with Mixpanel.

You don't need to pass any flags. It will be enabled for everyone

so in essence, we don't even need a sep section for installation of xp/ff stuff for mcp?
