research codexa/gh integration

what are useful scenarios for codexa to work directly on gh issues/prs, scan for improvements, sort of like dependabot. make analogies. look at competitive tools. what would make this super useful and automatic for users.

Short recommendation: Codexa should start as a GitHub-native evidence and maintenance bot: issue triage, PR drift review, verification receipts, Dependabot/Renovate blast-radius help, and scheduled codebase health scouts. Guarded draft PR creation should come after that evidence workflow is solid.

Validation performed: pdfinfo, pdftotext, rendered PNG inspection, Markdown ASCII check, git diff --check, and npm run privacy.
