Updates for projects terminology change - #7501

The dashboard now calls deployments projects. Update prose, headings, and UI labels where deployment meant the site entity. Keep deployment for builds, preview deployments, deployment branches, and API/tool names. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Overview
Aligns the docs with the product rename from deployments to projects across agent, assistant, MCP, credits, deploy guides, help center, and agent skill references. Concepts and the glossary now treat a project as the docs site/workspace entity and reserve deployment for an individual publish/build, with notes that APIs and tools (for example
list_deployments) may still say “deployment.”Updates dashboard navigation copy to match the UI: organization Security (SSO, SCIM, policies), project Access for site auth, General for feedback and Language routing (“Auto-route by language”), and Git settings for GitHub app / GitLab OAuth. Related pages retitle flows such as deleting a site and multi-repo setup under project wording.
Separately documents that the web editor agent may pause and ask up to four clarifying questions when a decision would materially change the result.
