The C# Project Detail section is blank after switching to a Solution Filter.

Steps to reproduce

1.Create a ConsoleApp and create a solution file for it.
2.Config a solution filter file.
3.F1->.NET: Switch Solution->Select .slnf to open and observe the C# Project Details.

Expected behavior

The solution Filter can be opened in the C# Project Details.
