Describe the issue

1.Low Priority.
2.Not repro in the C# Dev Kit Extension v3.31.218 & C# Extension v2.151.27.

Error running command csdevkit.debug.projectDebugLaunch: No C# project is currently loaded. Please create a C# project in order to debug.. This is likely caused by the extension that contributes csdevkit.debug.projectDebugLaunch.

Steps to reproduce

1.Create a ASP.NET Core Empty project.
2.In C# Project Details->Right-click the WebApplication->Debug->Start New Instance.
3.When selecting a launch profile, do not select them; instead, click on a blank area in VS Code.

Expected behavior

No error pops up when skipping the selection of a launch profile.
