docs: genericize README for public npm - #3

brandc is a public, generic package now. Reframe the intro as a standalone brand compiler, drop the Max-Network-kit references (@max-network/hono-ui, @max-health-inc/shared-ui, @maxhealth.tech/prefab), call maxhealth the bundled example brand, and use a neutral 'ocean' example in the rebrand snippet.

brandc is public + generic now, but the README still framed it as an internal Max-Network-only contract. Reframes the intro as a standalone brand compiler, drops internal kit references, calls maxhealth the example brand, uses a neutral ocean rebrand example. (toPrefabTheme stays; it's a real exported API.)
