Two critical hover effects are missing in card.scss. The .card class has transition: transform 300ms ease but lacks the actual .card:hover { transform: scale(1.2); } rule to increase the card by 20 percent on hover. Similarly, .card__title has a color transition but is missing .card:hover .card__title { color: #34568b; } to change the title color when the card is hovered. Both of these are explicit requirements from the task checklist [CHECKLIST ITEM #4]. The transitions are declared but the actual hover states are absent, which prevents the hover functionality from working as specified.
