Kiro workers: zellij tab missing ⏸/▶ status icon #156

Description

@martin-conur

Symptom

When PM launches a Kiro worker tab via task-work, the zellij tab name shows the bare <slug> — no ⏸ (idle) / ▶ (busy) prefix that the claude-* workers paint. The tab also doesn't repaint as the worker transitions idle ↔ busy.

Repro

From PM tab on a kiro-* loadout:

task-work fix-jwt-secret-rotation "https://app.notion.com/p/some-issue" --trust-all -m claude-opus-4.7

Observed: new tab opens with name fix-jwt-secret-rotation (no prefix). Stays unprefixed through subsequent radio busy / radio ready events.

Expected: tab paints ⏸️ fix-jwt-secret-rotation while idle and ▶️ fix-jwt-secret-rotation while busy, matching claude-* workers.

Where to look

The painter exists — kiro-{gh,notion,jira,local}/bin/radio has the same _rename_tab / ⏸️ ▶️ logic as claude-gh/bin/radio (e.g. kiro-gh/bin/radio:307-325). So the painting code is fine; the trigger isn't firing.

Likely candidates:

Scope

Affects all Kiro variants (kiro-local, kiro-gh, kiro-notion, kiro-jira). User report is on kiro-notion.

Priority

P2 — UX papercut, doesn't block work, but makes it hard to tell at a glance which worker tabs are active.
