Hi, I am confused at the parameter --scale-to {large,small}, how does it perform scale.
When I use small mode, the depth of IP became ~0.0x, and the depth of WT was 0, but very few peaks could be called.
When I use large mode, the depth of IP became ~12, and the depth of WT was ~10, then very many peaks could be called.
Could you please tell me some details of scale method on small and large modes, respectively.
