- 补充 GitHub Sponsors 账户和注册页缺失词条 - 新增 settings/credentials 凭据页翻译分组 - 补充新版全局搜索和设置导航属性翻译
新增的 settings/credentials 词条需页面类型解析到该键才会加载， 但 rePagePath 的 settings 子页白名单遗漏 credentials，导致 /settings/credentials 回退为 settings，页面专属词条无法生效。
