test: fix issue 702 regression expectations

Summary:

• Update stale Traditional Chinese React GlobalNav expectations to match the current locale file.
• Make the runtime helper extraction in the regression test handle both LF and CRLF line endings.

Why:

• The issue 702 regression test currently fails against the latest sources even though the runtime and locale files are already updated.

Validation:
