Adopt OSPS Security Baseline: Level 1 #25

As a Free software project is very impotant is adopt controls that demonstrate it has a strong secure posture. Right now, some controls are not implemented.

So the proposal it begin with the implementation of the LEVEL 1 missing controls and then implement the LEVEL 2 and LEVEL 3 controls
