A .NET 8 WPF utility that replaces Alt+Tab with a custom list containing only windows on the monitor under the mouse pointer. It never changes other windows' styles.

dotnet run -c ReleasePress Alt+Tab to open/cycle, Shift+Alt+Tab to cycle backward, release Alt to activate, or Esc to cancel.
- Windows only, x64, .NET 8 Desktop Runtime/SDK.
- Some elevated windows may require running this utility as administrator.
- Stop it with Task Manager or by closing it from the debugger. Since no external window styles are changed, there is nothing to restore.
- The first selected item is index 1, matching Alt+Tab's usual behavior of initially selecting the next window. If only one candidate exists, index 0 is selected.
