Independent consultant based in France. Applied AI, web development, training.
I sold my first website in 1999 and never really stopped tinkering. Today: AI curious, hands-on, focused on what actually ships. Specialized in multilingual digital products and digital accessibility.
Day job: I run the web for an international TTS company, alongside my freelance work.
Where does AI actually create value? Where is it just noise? That's the question I help organizations answer, from strategy down to tooling that people actually use. Right now I'm building an AI vision system that reads and analyzes architectural plans for construction companies.
Side projects and experiments, mostly around:
- Chrome extensions (ClaudeKarma, TabKarma, Speed Reader)
- Tooling around LLMs and Claude Code
- Self-hosted automation and infra (n8n, Cloudflare Workers, Coolify)
- Small tracking and measurement utilities
I play with a Flipper Zero whenever I get the chance: RFID, NFC, sub-GHz, infrared, whatever signal is in range. I'm the kind of person who can't see a device without wondering how it talks.
Web: Hugo, Astro, Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2), Docker AI: Claude Code, MCP, Anthropic API, OpenAI API, n8n Hosting: Hetzner, Coolify, personal VPS
- TokenKarma
- Computer vision for the construction industry (reading architectural plans)
- Renovating an old stone house in France
- Custom AI agents for companies
- Fine-tuning models for enterprises
