Use expo-keep-awake with a tagged lock cleared on toggle or unmount. Add Stay awake / Awake control beside flow, theme, and dyslexic toggles with English and Spanish strings. Allow speed toggle row to wrap on small screens.

I've tested this on the web app - to make sure no other functionality has broken, since I don't anticipate it'll work the same on there. . Don't have a computer with the simulators installed with me at the moment, but I will test those later and report back as soon as I can.
