Aery

Aery was a B2B SaaS platform for AI-driven marketing automation. It generated branded lead-gen quizzes from a company URL, let marketers refine them in a Canva-style editor with an in-editor AI assistant, published quizzes as embeddable widgets or hosted pages, and synced captured leads to CRMs and ESPs.

This repository contains the full source — frontend, backend, runtime, and supporting packages — as it stood at the time the project was archived. It may be useful as a reference for:

• A production-shaped Convex backend with auth, billing, file storage, AI-powered actions, and HTTP endpoints.
• A Vercel AI SDK setup using OpenRouter, with structured outputs (Zod) and conversational agents.
• A multi-app monorepo (pnpm + Turborepo) shipping a SaaS editor, a hosted runtime, an embeddable widget, and a marketing site.
• Patterns for OAuth integrations (HubSpot, Pipedrive), WorkOS-based auth with custom JWT, Stripe billing, and PostHog analytics.

Running locally

The repository was designed to run against live cloud services (Convex, WorkOS, OpenRouter, Stripe, etc.). To bring it up locally you would need to provision your own deployments and supply your own credentials. None of the original deployments, secrets, or accounts are accessible from this archive.
