Monitoring plugin: Dark Theme does not get applied

Monitoring plugin basically embeds Java Melody dashboards into Jenkins. I am not sure if it is even possible to override the layout via CSS there.

There is https://github.com/javamelody/javamelody-dark-theme which enables the Dark theme, but it is a Java dependency. Maybe it could somehow added via a system property or an optional plugin.

The plugin does not use jenkins UI components or jenkins css for the reports.
The dark theme could be applied using the attached plugin
dark-theme-monitoring-plugin.zip, except that I think that the monitoring plugin would need an optional dependency in META-INF/MANIFEST.MF.
