Description
This adds the Nintendo Switch 2 game console. Bestbuy, Gamestop, and Target US store definitions were added for testing. Docs were also updated to match the changes made.
Testing
This has been running for 12+ hours as a docker container from the existing dockerfile with no errors relating to the addition of the console.
