Summary

After adding proper dtype validation in PR #5554 , these tests are unexpectedly passing, because they're marked with xfail int the upstream. PR removing xfails is here: pytorch/pytorch#199126

Marking as random to prevent bot from marking those listed test cases as passing on main. The problem is that test cases listed in this issue are passing on main, but will be intentionally introduced by either #5554 or #5380. Only removing @expectedFailureXPU decorator in upstream will fix this issue.
