Remove the internal PR/import history from the public README so the contribution section stays focused on using and improving the skill. The quoted paragraph and adjacent migration note are removed; contribution guidance and MIT attribution remain.
Validation:
npm run check,npm test(243 Node tests and 18 packaging tests),git diff --check, and direct README verification passed. README-only change; skill files and provenance records are unchanged.
