Removes [node-forge](https://github.com/digitalbazaar/forge). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@angular-devkit/build-angular](https://github.com/angular/angular-cli). These dependencies need to be updated together. Closing this one. It jumps Angular from 13 to a much newer major, which won't build on our current setup. We'll do that as a planned upgrade instead. |
