The test client looks good to me. Since this client is an internal testing tool that won't get deployed and shared with the public, I recommend moving the client code out of apps/ and into a new top-level tools/oidc-test-client/ directory. The split could then be apps/ is for user-facing frontend software applications and tools/ is for internal infrastructure.
