Canonical governance and research infrastructure repository for HumanAIOS.

This repository is the canonical source for governance state, execution protocol, and research infrastructure documents used across HumanAIOS surfaces.

Read this first

Identity and principles anchors (read on substrate onboarding; not required every session):

• SEED.md — Organism identity. What HumanAIOS is, confirmed findings summary, active collaborations, architecture layers, document hierarchy. Class 0 source of truth. Ratified 2026-05-08.
• PRINCIPLES_SEED_V1_0.md — Principles architecture. Primary framework triad (12 Steps / 12 Traditions / Hawkins Map) and secondary frameworks (Fibonacci/FDS, Enneagram, Bentov, Taoist internal alchemy, Freemasonry) explicitly mapped to programming constructs. Validity test protocol for each mapping. Class 0b. DRAFT — Z2 ratification pending (current session).

• CURRENT.md — Operating process. Identity, lessons, hard-stop principles, dataset state. Fetched by every LLM at session open.
• REGISTERED.md — Findings registry (F-class), hypotheses (H-class), corrections (IC-class). Append-only.
• SESSION_RITUALS.md — Substrate-agnostic open/close protocols, parser tags, halt conditions.
• ACAT_SESSION_PROMPT.md — Unified Phase 1 + Phase 3 session protocol. The complete prompt every substrate runs at session open and close.

Zone system (plain language)

• Zone 1 — AI executes: the AI can perform scoped repository work under protocol constraints.
• Zone 2 — operator decides: the operator makes authorization and policy-boundary decisions.
• Zone 3 — operator executes in terminal: credential-bearing, external, or safety-sensitive terminal actions are executed by the operator.
