Release v0.8.138 from main commit 5fad52f2, including #5095.

Parakeet transcription now loads the Sherpa copy that ships with the CLI when the cached one is broken. Loaded compositions keep their SVG icons, and Studio says so when GSAP cannot load offline.

No visible change

This PR changes only version fields and release notes. Runtime changes are in the original fix PRs.

Validation

• Release preparation completed. The draft notes were reviewed, and the TODO summary and style-bar comment are removed from both note files.
• All 18 manifests change only their version, from 0.8.137 to 0.8.138.
• Both note files cover the 11 commits since v0.8.137, including fix(cli): use a healthy pinned Sherpa copy beside the CLI #5095, and keep prior changelog entries.
• Formatting and commit-message hooks pass. No release tag was pushed. The publish workflow tags the merge commit. Base and release-branch CI remain the merge gates.

• Ships what it claims. compare v0.8.137...227cbe41 is 11 commits plus the release commit, and the merge commits of the 11 PRs in the notes are all ancestors of this head: #5095 (the Sherpa/Parakeet loader fix this release is for), #5096, #5104, #5107, #5108, #5110, #5111, #5113, #5114, #5080 and #5087. The range contains nothing the notes don't list.
• Versions. 18 "version" lines are bumped to 0.8.138: 13 public packages, 4 plugin manifests and the root plugin.json. @hyperframes/sdk-playground stays at 0.6.106 and is "private": true, so it's excluded on purpose. The only removed lines are the old versions.
• No stray code. Apart from those, the diff is just the docs/changelog.mdx entry and releases/v0.8.138.md, and their summaries match the commits.
• CI. Nothing is red. Some required checks (Build, Typecheck, runtime contract, Windows render) were still pending when I approved, and merge stays gated on them.
