- Update tested-with to GHC 9.14.1, 9.12.4, 9.10.3, 9.8.4, 9.6.7, 9.4.8, 9.2.8, 9.0.2, 8.10.7, 8.8.4 (in line with hw-prim) - Update CI GHC matrix to 9.14.1, 9.12.4, 9.10.3, 9.8.4, 9.6.7, 9.4.8 - Widen containers upper bound to < 0.9 (GHC 9.14 ships containers-0.8) - Widen doctest upper bound to < 0.26 for newer GHCs
