Rebuild & Migration: PySide Desktop to React Web Application

Summary

This PR complete rebuilds PlumberManager from a legacy PySide/Qt desktop application into a browser-based web application using React

It brings all original node-graph pipeline features directly to the web while adding dynamic data format registration, and embeddable web widget capabilities.

Key Highlights & Changes

• Modern Web Stack: Built with React and Vite
• HTML5 Canvas Node Editor: Real-time graph engine with smooth pan/zoom, auto-layout (dagre), minimap overlay, node snapping, and dynamic process grouping using backdrop containers.
• 42+ Industry Vector Data Formats: Pre-loaded with official vector SVG badges for VFX, Animation, and Pipeline formats (USD, Alembic, OpenVDB, MaterialX, OSL, GTO, Disney Partio, Final Draft, etc.).
• Custom Format Manager: Built-in format creator that automatically parses user-pasted SVG artwork, auto-scales viewBox vectors to fit inside 6-sided hexagonal badges, and matches theme colors.
• Embeddable Viewer Widget: Export standalone read-only HTML/JS viewer widgets for documentation pages, studio wikis, or WebGL/VFX dashboards.
• Export Engine: Export full pipelines to HD PNG, scalable SVG, or print-ready PDF documents.
• Markdown Note Blocks: Built-in Markdown note cards with live WYSIWYG editing.
