API for new emails

Hasmail needs to provide API endpoints for client apps to:

1. Configure a new email campaign,
2. Manage the recipients list,
3. Provide a default template for the email campaign,
4. Access a list of emails campaigns created by the client, and
5. Access reports for these campaigns.
