Observed

PO 22 Aug 2026 on TestBuilder RC4 (65d02ef9, JTSTestBuilder-RC4.jar SHA-256 be1e56b68aab8fd3de2411ad7fd5968add415fc6253eef392ee1ab8f95f51d04).

A hole with 3 points is still a curve, and the canvas still shows the chord of those three points.

No WKT in this report. UX / Tester attach the ring they used.

Expected

The hole stays a curve member (CIRCULARSTRING / COMPOUNDCURVE, SQL/MM ISO/IEC 13249-3). The canvas draws the arc(s), not the 3-point chord triangle.

Not this

• Not FCP-H fcp-h-1 (type: hole stays CircularString; suite row is pass).
• Not #86 3-click shell (CIRCULARSTRING(A,B,C,A) closing line). That shell close is #87 MERGED. This report is the hole.
• Not #56 silent CurvePolygon drop (closed).
• Not #76 invented complementary mid on a trailing LineString close.

Locks
