What
Replace the annotated Codecov v7.0.0 tag object SHA with its peeled commit SHA in the test workflow. The action version and action source tree remain v7.0.0.
Why
Pinning the immutable commit object makes the workflow dependency explicit and allows dependency tooling to track it consistently. The previous SHA resolves to the same commit, so there is no change to coverage generation, token handling, permissions, runner requirements, public APIs, configuration, persisted data, minimum Go version, or runtime behavior.
