The peeled commit is the signed v7.0.0 tag's exact release payload and is the current upstream release. Referencing that commit directly removes tag-object indirection without changing the executed action content. This has no source API, configuration, persisted-data, runtime, operational, or minimum Go version impact on the mail libraries. The pull request's coverage job exercised the pinned commit with the repository's existing
coverage.txtupload and token configuration.
