With the multiple PRs that I have created related to scroll hints in the editor, I realized that very few people have a robust knowledge about theming details around the editor. So to decrease the bus factor, I've created a page dedicated exclusively to editor theming.
It's a little shallow for now, only having details about scroll hints and background panels. But it's a good start about a topic that definitely should be documented somewhere.
