WIP: This is highly experimental! All of the code is vibed and I have not reviewed it.
This PR extends the annotation functionality to support back-and-forth threads with agents.
I have lots of ideas, but the biggest challenge right now is figuring out a reliable agent communication mechanism. A WIP attempt using a subagent for polling lives in Lite's AGENTS.md.
