What changed

• plan a zone-centred Unbound host inventory with IPv4/IPv6 and optional PTR generation
• define preview-only ARPA discovery and optional router adapters, beginning with the documented FRITZ!Box TR-064 host list
• specify credential, normalization, conflict, validation, versioning, activation, and rollback boundaries
• record the Dashboard service KPI defect and require both counts to use the same five-service allowlist
• synchronize the canonical roadmap, detailed Unbound plan, and persistent project state

• verified the existing Local DNS/PTR scope to avoid duplicate roadmap work
• localized the current fixed / 2 Dashboard denominator and success comparison
