Add retry all to album context menus

problem

When several tracks in an album fail or are canceled, each track must currently be retried individually through its own context menu.

desired behavior

Add a retry all action to the album context menu.

The action should appear only when that album contains at least one failed or canceled track that is eligible for the existing per-track retry download action. Selecting it should retry every eligible track in that album and leave ready, queued, downloading, and non-retryable tracks untouched.

The action should disappear once the album no longer contains any retryable failed or canceled tracks.

acceptance criteria

• retry all appears when an album contains at least one retryable failed track.
• retry all appears when an album contains at least one retryable canceled track.
• The action is absent for empty albums and albums containing only ready, queued, downloading, or otherwise non-retryable tracks.
• Selecting it retries all and only the eligible tracks in that album.
• Tracks in other albums and loose tracks are unaffected.
• The action updates or disappears as retry statuses change.
• Existing per-track retry actions continue to work.
• Focused tests cover visibility, mixed-status albums, and the exact retried track IDs.
