findMFPy

This package provides a Python wrapper for the peak picker from findMFBase.

Basic usage

The package can be installed from PyPI using pip:

pip install findmfpy

Developer install

Clone with recursive submodules, i.e. git clone --recursive. Pip install the package, if you want to develop pip install -e ".[dev]".

See tests/test_api.py for now.
