…unner 0.7.0 Graduate the 1.20 release-candidate line to final. Consolidate each package's [Unreleased] section into its cumulative RC entry and rename the heading to the dated final version, per the RC convention in AGENTS.md. Dependency floors drop the rc suffix: bfabric[transfer]>=1.20.0,<2 for bfabric_scripts and bfabric>=1.20.0,<1.21 for bfabric_app_runner.
