Release changes
This adds OAuth integration to bfabricpy. Which will be supported in an upcoming B-Fabric release.
Bumps the bfabric floor from >=1.18.0 to >=1.19.0, since the migrated register.py now imports bfabric.operations.dataset and bfabric.utils.table_lint which were only introduced in bfabric 1.19.0. Without this bump, installing app_runner against bfabric 1.18.0 would raise ModuleNotFoundError; the inverse case (app_runner 0.6.0 + bfabric 1.19.0) caused the reported ImportError on bfabric_save_csv2dataset.
…ic at <1.20
command_docker.py imported bfabric.config.DEFAULT_CONFIG_FILE, which was added
to bfabric's source after the 1.19.0 release and is therefore absent from the
published bfabric 1.19.0. Since app_runner 0.6.1 releases against published
bfabric (>=1.19.0), the import raised ImportError during release validation and
at runtime when constructing docker commands. Revert to the literal
Path("~/.bfabricpy.yml") that DEFAULT_CONFIG_FILE is defined as; behaviour is
identical.
Also cap the bfabric dependency at <1.20 (patch-level upgrades only) so an
untested future bfabric minor is not silently resolved and the cross-package
coupling stays explicit.
The test_distributions session called session.error() when every requested wheel was incompatible with the matrix leg's Python, hard-failing the leg. A release containing only bfabric_app_runner (Python 3.12+) therefore failed the 3.11 legs of the PR release-preview matrix even though there was nothing to test there. Skip instead of error so those legs go green. Recurrence of #443.
