Always-on mechanism

hooks/hooks.json runs hooks/always-on.sh at every SessionStart (startup, resume, clear, compact). It prints the bodies of i-have-adhd and ferris-communication into the session context. No flag file, no opt-in.

i-have-adhd has no disable-model-invocation, and its description says it is always active, so it also loads by description if the hook is absent.

• humanizer skill (used by git-writing).

Vendored code

skills/i-have-adhd/ is a copy of upstream with two edits: frontmatter (no disable-model-invocation, new description) and the Persistence section (no off switch). License: skills/i-have-adhd/LICENSE. skills/dev-methodology/references/orchestration.md is copied from LeadcodeDev/skills.
