Drop lake-packages from the README Lean stop list - #282

#234 documented the folders the Lean walk skips and listed lake-packages. #270 removed that name from _IGNORED_DIRECTORIES, so a folder named lake-packages is now indexed and moving an entry there no longer clears a stop. Remove the name from the list so the README matches lean.py and nothing in the repository names lake-packages.
