Adds a new page listing all automatic emails sent by DataPass for a given authorization definition. Each email shows its trigger event, recipients (applicant or instructors), subject, and rendered body. The AutomaticEmailsCatalog service uses a spy subclass of the notifier to detect which events actually send emails for a given definition, without calling mailers for real. Email bodies are rendered using an existing AR from the database as preview context. The "Emails automatiques" card on the formulaire show page is now linked to the new page with a dynamic email count.

Extend the spy to capture GDPR contact emails (responsable_traitement, delegue_protection_donnees), FranceConnect support, DGFIP APIM, and HubEE administrateur métier instead of silently suppressing them.
DGFIP APIM reads email lists from credentials (generic + API-specific). FranceConnect always shows the static support address. Other recipient types (demandeur, instructeurs, RGPD) stay as labels. When no credential emails are configured, a fallback message is shown.
