To turn this parameter from false to true create problems with spec validations. And that's really weird to solve. |

In my opinion, the puppet module should be user-friendly and manage automatically the most things as possible, and especially the repository. Therefore the default value of the manage_repo should be at "true".
This pull request should close the issue #43
