The DotNet-Symbol-Publish variable group and its Key Vault secrets were retired under work item 11640. The current Arcade SDK no longer performs PAT-based symbol upload, so this removes the obsolete switch and token arguments.\n\nPipeline 11797 successfully compiles in the Azure DevOps preview API with this change and expands with no retired variable references.
