issues.js publish(검증,--apply없이)가 Scope의 와일드카드 없는 구체 경로를 기본 브랜치 트리(git ls-tree)와 대조해 없는 파일을 경고로 보여 줍니다. 같은 폴더에 확장자만 다른 파일이 있으면 그 이름을 제안합니다(vite.config.js→vite.config.mjs).*,?,[,{), 폴더 항목, 이미 있는 파일은 대조하지 않습니다. 새로 만들 파일은 작업의newFiles: [...]에 적으면 경고에서 빠집니다(Scope에도 그대로 둠).검증
전체 테스트 628건 통과(경고·제안·제외·건너뛰기 테스트 추가), check-eol/check-version 통과, 실제 CLI로 경고 출력 확인.
