deployml generate doesn't recognize previous selected options#47

If I run deployml generate and I choose local or AWS or Azure, it still gives me the option of using gke or cloud run (which are specific to GCP). Since AWS and Azure do not work in the current version, shouldn't these not be allowed as options?

    Yes. This makes sense. I will remove those options.
