Unable to build without nbproject/build-impl.xml

I can't build this project without nbproject/build-impl.xml , Can you please add the missing files and also add some documentation with build steps

@thaveedu have you tried any solutions listed here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/7298199/netbeans-build-impl-xml-error/39316115 ? I would like to try compiling this, so I'm curious if you have found a solution that works.
