v3.4.1 - Fixing backup

Small release to fix the backup regex for backup & restore round.
Fixing the output message that says to write !continue after restore.

v3.4 - CS2

Here is the new version of eBot for CS2 !

This is a major update, as I'm dropping support of old version of JS / PHP, along as the pthreads extension.

It run out of the box with any standard PHP with lib json/redis/mysql. For now it has been tested with PHP 7.4.

I'm adding too a redis server to handle the logs.

The logs are now processed by the new eBot Project (https://github.com/deStrO/ebot-project) and dispatched via a redis server.
