Summary

  • add an executable brownfield adaptation protocol with a strict pre-adaptation discovery boundary
  • add evidence-backed intake PRD, governed-conversion, product-type, safety, and rollout guidance
  • reconcile adoption and root navigation while keeping repository-specific delivery records out of the portable memory-bank/ template

Validation

  • go run ./cmd/memory-bank lint
  • go run ./cmd/memory-bank doctor --profile template --json
  • go test -count=1 -race ./...
  • go vet ./...
  • git diff --check

Navigation

The root README and docs/adoption.md link to the protocol. No instantiated feature package is shipped in memory-bank/.
